You can make a holy hour in your own home, watching the sunset, or in church in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
It is one hour of contemplative prayer, where you may begin and end with your own words but you spend time in silent reflection/meditation on the mysteries of the Lord.
The Holy Hour is an opportunity to be still, be thoughtful of our concerns and listen so that we might deepen our relationship with God and with His mother Mary.
Experiencing Holy Hour regularly enables us to listen for the prompting of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
